This sounds really cool!

We are in need of some book plates - those might do! I picked up the book Artist to Artist at our library (it looked so familiar on the shelf after seeing it on your sidebar daily). You are right - endless topic for exploration. We have discovered so many great books through researching illustrators. Today we are doing some math with Anno.

i like the way QB's bookplates let you rate the book or keep track of how many times you've read it. :^)

Artist to Artist is *so good*. i think grown-ups might appreciate it even more than kids!
