moo
A big, big thumbs up to Moo. I had them print a new order of cards for me, and there was a typo that I could not prove was not my fault --- I hadn't printed the page that showed my final text. I worked for many years as a copyeditor and proofreader, and I swear I caught the error before pressing the button, but there is some chance I didn't correct it correctly, if you get my meaning.
Anyway, the wonderful people at Moo reprinted my order for free, making me a customer for life. I have ordered their cards in the past and used them for business cards, conferences, mailings, etc., and recently I treated myself to some stickers just for fun.
I even thought about ordering their greeting cards as my holiday cards (yes, I have already ordered my holiday cards!) (sue me!), but we send so many that I decided (with my usual cheapness) to go a different route. But now, of course, a week later, the greeting cards are actually on sale!
Finally, did you know they now sell super-cute holders for your Moo cards?
Note: I am not a paid representative for Moo. I am just a fan.
Update on the missing photos problem: It seems to extend to all browsers but be limited to those who are reading us through a RSS subscription reader like Bloglines, Google Reader, etc. If you are going straight to our site and still can't see our photos, please let me know! We are working on the problem.
And for those die-hard fans who are actually reading this blog sans photos, well, you are the wind beneath my wings. Thank you for sticking in there, and I'll try to pretty things up for you as soon as possible!

i agree, good customer service -- what happened to that?? i'm old-fashioned. i expect to get "the customer is always right" and these days it seems to usually be "the customer is always wrong" and "don't let the doorknob hit you on the way out".
lol, i'm glad you have been seeing the pictures. ;^) hopefully that is fixed now. SIGH.
the moo cards are kind of small, but they are pretty heavy duty. i guess it depends on how much abuse your kids would dish out. mine would probably be at the high end of that bell curve (my older son *still* chews playing cards) but i think they'd hold up okay. (and what a great keepsake after they outgrow the set! keeping it for the grandkids!)
there is a flickr moo group showing what people have done with the cards .. i wonder if anyone else has made a set and could give you a report.

if you do it, *please* show me! i want to see!
